A small cottage in the heart of Savannah, “Tiny Seahorse” features splashes of blue-green color, a handful of seahorses, and a location that is ideal for an extended stay in the area. Close to Memorial Hospital and Savannah State University, it is also 10 minutes’ drive from the historic district, and 30 minutes from Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. The nearest beach at Tybee Island is also 30 minutes away.

This home rents for 30 nights or more. Longer, multi-month stays are welcome.

Tiny Seahorse has two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and one with a double. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains to help guests catch up on sleep after late shifts. There is a full bathroom accessible from both bedrooms.

The kitchen has the appliances you need and is stocked, ready for your arrival. A small living room has a SmartTV to help guests unwind with their favorite streaming apps.

The back yard is fenced.

This home is in a great location for solo workers or couples. Shopping at Target and Whole Foods as well as familiar dining establishments are less than a mile away.

This home is pet friendly. The backyard is a safe place to exercise pets, and there are parks nearby for recreation.

Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and wolf hybrids.

Richmond Hill is a suburb of Savannah. The home lies just 6 minutes’ drive from Interstate 95 and 30 minutes from downtown Savannah, Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport, and Fort Stewart Army Base.

It’s a great location for those interested in moving to the area and a base for exploring coastal Georgia.
